The gas grille and "Turbo Burner are Alturri by Sommerset. There are also six fans and a ne electric, retractable awning.
The guest house entrance is also covered under the screen room with access to the pool and it's own furnished patio. It has a large bed/living room, a full bath, kitchenette, storage, and the #3 A/C. Very comfortable.
As you look to the back fence, please note that the property continues through the oak trees for approx. 150ft, ending at the Horse Creek Walking Trail. Adjacent to that is a wooded preserve. No neighbors behind.
The north end of Horse Creek is on the Orange river. You'll find a large open area with picnic tables and grilles. There is also a kayak launch and racks to leave your kayaks in. It's a great place to watch manatees and other aquatic life
As you will note while touring, the home is encircled by Ring cameras, and all of the entry door locks are keypads.
